Cultivating Connection

We value being co-located when possible, which is why we retain beautiful offices in San Francisco (HQ) and New York City (Hub). We expect that all employees living within a 30-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least once a week. We also remain dedicated to supporting our remote employees through our Hover Communities initiative, which provides accommodations and a budget for regular co-working days and events in select cities.
